Masuyama Kinpachi III

Dates of birth and death unknown. Disciple of Tsuruya Nanboku V in Kamigata, his first pen name was Tsuchii Toyosaku and he was recorded as working in the 1th lunar month of 1848 in Ôsaka at the Naka no Shibai. His master, who arrived at the end of 1847, went back to Edo in 1849 but he stayed in Ôsaka. He took the name of Masuyama Kinpachi III in the 3rd lunar month of 1850, working at the Naka no Shibai on the drama "Imoseyama Onna Teikin". He was active in Kamigata up to 1855.
