We did not find any reference in any book about this sakusha. Most likely, he was a low-ranking disciple of a minor sakusha or an unknown travelling sakusha.
Was he a sakusha in koshibai, in ôshibai or in miyaji shibai?
Let's think a little bit of him: he did not contribute to the development of the art of Kabuki but he existed and surely played a little role,
either by performing in the remotest part of the Japanese countryside or by helping more famous actor in the backstages of theaters.
Or maybe he simply did not exist ...
