To commemorate the reopening of Kabukiza, Fauchon created and sold the Éclair Kabuki. The éclair was decorated in the same colors as the Kabukiza jôshikimaku, black, persimmon and green. The cream inside featured yuzu and green tea. The éclairs were on sale limitedly from the 25th of March to the 7th of April 2013 at the temporary Fauchon boutique set up on the 2nd basement floor of the Kabukiza Tower.
