Dates of birth and death unknown. Born in Kamigata. Grandson of Suzuki Heizaemon I and son of the sakusha Tsuuchi Han'emon, his first stage name was Kamei Heizaemon. He was recorded for the first time in the 11th lunar month of 1715, when he performed as a tachiyaku in Ôsaka at the Kado no Shibai in the kaomise drama "Saiwai Mochimaru Chôja", which celebrated the shûmei of Iwai Hanshirô III. He went to Edo to join his father in Fall 1721. He took the name of Suzuki Heizaemon III in the 11th lunar month of 1721, in Edo at the Moritaza, where he played the role of Matsunami Kurando in the kaomise drama "Semimaru Yôrô no Taki". He became oyajigata in Fall 1733 and performed at the Nakamuraza in the kaomise drama "Nagi no Hana Asahi Genji". He appeared on stage for the last time in the 11th lunar month of 1734, when he performed at the Nakamuraza in the kaomise drama "Kyôganoko Secchû no Tamatori", which celebrated the arrival in Edo of the Kamigata actor Nakamura Shingorô I. His rank in the Edo hyôbanki, oyajigata section, was jô-jô (superior - superior) [visual]. No record afterwards.
