First stage record in the 11th lunar month of 1717, when he performed as a wakashugata ^[1] at the Naka no Shibai in the kaomise drama "Inari Yashiki Daikoku Bashira", which was produced by Sawamura Chôjûrô I ^[2]. He went to Kyôto in Fall 1719 with Sawamura Chôjûrô I. He played in the 12th lunar month of 1719 the role of Katsunojô in Adachi Saburôzaemon's kaomise drama "Yamato Ôji Meoto Izumi", which was produced by Sawamura Chôjûrô I. Last stage record in the 11th lunar month of 1721, when he played in Kyôto at Miyako Mandayû's theater the role of Emon Tarô in the kaomise drama "Inari Fuku In'yô no Kanegura", which was produced by Sawamura Chôjûrô I. Sawamura Minegorô I's 's rank in the 1722 Kyôto hyôbanki, wakashugata section, was jô (superior) [visual]. No record afterwards.
