Dates of birth and death unknown. His first stage name was Takemura Kikumatsu. He became disciple of Band˘ Mitsugor˘ IV and received the name of Band˘ Kak˘ at an unknown time. He took the name of Ogino Yaegiri IV in January 1883 at the Hisamatsuza. This minor onnagata actor was active in T˘ky˘ koshibai up to Summer 1895. We don't know what happens to him afterwards for he disappeared from the records.
