Dates of birth and death unknown. He was recorded for the first time in the 1st lunar month of 1713, in Edo at the Nakamuraza,
where he performed as a wakaonnagata in the new year sogamono drama "Ôkazari Kanô Soga".
He went to Kyôto in Fall 1720. He played in the 11th lunar month of 1720 in Kyôto at Miyako Mandayû's theater the role of the keisei Tamagishi in the kaomise drama "Gosha no Yonegura Fukki no Aimuko".
He played in the 11th lunar month of 1728 at Kameya Kumenojô's theater (Kyôto) the role of Toyora in the kaomise drama "Tokiwagura Kogane no Ishizue",
which was produced by Tamiya Hannosuke.
He was recorded for the last time in ôshibai in the 1st lunar month of 1729, when he played in the same theater the role of Princess Kisaragi in the new year ni-no-kawari drama "Keisei Mikaeri Sakura".
His rank in the 1729 Kyôto hyôbanki published in the 3rd lunar month of 1729,
wakaonnagata section, was jô (superior) [visual].
He went to Nagoya in 1731 and performed at the Tachibana no Shibai in the 8th lunar month of 1731.
