Disciple of Shibazaki Rinzaemon I, he received the name of Shibazaki Kikuemon and performed as a katakiyaku in the 11th lunar month of 1707 in Kyôto in the kaomise drama "Ohiyaki Sannin Musume". He went to Ôsaka in Fall 1709 with his master and played the role of Sukefude Godayû in the kaomise drama "Chigo Daimyô Kyô Miyage", which was produced by Sakakiyama Shirotarô I. He performed in the 11th lunar month of 1714 in Ôsaka in the kaomise drama "Bandai-ga-Ike no Tsurukame", which was produced by Arashi Sanjûrô I at Shioya Kuroemon's theater. No stage record afterwards. His rank in the 1715 Ôsaka hyôbanki, katakiyaku section, was (shiro)jô (white superior) [visual].

Disciple of Shibazaki Rinzaemon I, he received the name of Shibazaki Taminosuke and he was recorded for the first time in the 11th lunar month of 1725, when he performed as a wakaonnagata iroko in Kyôto in Azuma Sanpachi's kaomise drama "Senzai Gura Sangai Matsu", which was produced by the zamoto Arashi Jûjirô at the nadai Kameya Kumenojô's theater. He became wakaonnagata in the 11th lunar month of 1731 and he played in Kyôto the role of Princess Tamateru in the kaomise drama "Hiragana Imagawajô", which was produced at Miyako Mandayû's theater. He became tachiyaku and took the name of Shibazaki Tamijûrô in the 11th lunar month of 1747, playing in Ôsaka at the Naka no Shibai the role of Shimizu no Kanja in the kaomise drama "Kogane-bana Michinoku Jikki", which was produced by Ichikawa Ryûzô and also celebrated the shûmei of Yamatoya Jinbê IV. He played in the same theater in the 1st lunar month of 1748 the role of Honma Takuminosuke in the new year drama "Saikai Taiheiki". His rank in the Ôsaka 1748 hyôbanki ^[1], tachiyaku section, was jô-jô-(shiro)hankichi (superior - superior - (white) half excellent) [visual]. No record afterwards.
