[1] The 25th day of the 2nd lunar month of the 8th year of the Kyôhô era was the 31st of March 1723 in the western calendar. [2] This was very likely but we could not find any proof to back this assumption. No proof but a few pieces of data: both actors performed at the Moritaza in the 11th lunar month of 1716. [3] His stage name was still Miyazaki Hachizô when the Ehon Butai Ôgi series of prints were published. |
