1963: opening of the Nissay Theatre in the district of Yurakuchô, Chiyoda-ku (Tôkyô). January 1964: revival at the Nissay Theatre of Tsuruya Nanboku IV's spectacular drama "Kin no Zai Sarushima Dairi", which is produced by Takechi Tetsuji and staged with the following casting:
The roles of the priest Hakuunbô and Kokuunbô are played by the kyôgenshi Shigeyama Shime and Shigeyama Sennojô. |
