Born in 1786. Son of Band˘ Mitsugor˘ II, his made his first stage appearance in 1791. He took the name of Onoe Monzabur˘ II in the 1st lunar month of 1801 and became tachiyaku in 1804. He went to ďsaka with his father in Fall 1806. They also tourred in Ky˘to in 1807 and in Nagoya in Summer 1808. they went back to Edo in Fall 1808. He played in the 11th lunar month of 1808 at the Moritaza the roles of Yoshisada and Magosabur˘ in the drama kaomise "Hana to Mitsu Yuki no Kusunoki". He took the names of Ogino Senka and Ogino Izabur˘ III in the 11th lunar month of 1816 and 11th lunar month of 1823. Both shűmei occured at the Kawarasakiza. He appeared on stager for the last time in the 9th lunar month of 1828, playing at the Ichimuraza the role of the yakko Tsumaz˘ in the drama "Katakiuchi Gapp˘-ga-Tsuji". He died in Edo the 9th of the 12th lunar month of 1828. His last ranking in the 1828 Edo hy˘banki was slightly above j˘-j˘-hankichi. He was the real father of Onoe Monzabur˘ III.
