Dates of birth and death unknown. He started his career in 1750 at the Ichimuraza, where he performed under the name of Sodesaki Wakano II as an iroko. He took the name of Sodesaki Miwano II in the 11th lunar month of 1754 at the Nakamuraza. He played the roles of the yakko Torazô and Ushiwakamaru in the drama "Kiichi Hôgen Sanryaku no Maki" which was staged for the first in Edo, in the 1st lunar month of 1757 at the Moritaza [more details].
