Born in 1779. Son of Asao Tamejûrô I, his first stage name was Asao Okujirô I. He started his career as a koyaku in 1785. His father retired in Fall 1803 and he took the name of Asao Tamejûrô II in the 11th lunar month of 1803 at the Naka no Shibai, playing the role of Sanada Yoichi in the kaomise drama "Sôzoku Ishibashiyama", which was produced by Fujikawa Tomokichi I. He did not hold this name for a long time, as he appeared on stage for the last time in the 3rd lunar month of 1806, playing at the Naka no Shibai the role of Kamiya Jihei in the drama "Nobe no Kakioki", which was staged to commemorate the 2nd anniversary (3rd memorial service) of the passing away of this late father. He died the 25th of the 7th lunar month of 1806. There will be in the future to come a full page dedicated to Asao Tamejûrô II in kabuki21.com.

Unknown date of birth. Son of Asao Tamejûrô III and brother of Asao Okuyama IV, his first stage names were Asao Fusanosuke and Asao Tomozô IV (he most likely held this name while his elder brother was still called Asao Tomozô III but we lack pieces of information to prove it). He took the name of Asao Okujirô III during the Tenpô era and the name of Asao Tamejûrô IV in Kamigata at the end of 1845 or the beginning of 1846. He joined a travelling troupe during his latter years and ended his career touring in the island of Kyûshû. This minor katakiyaku actor died at the end of the Keiô era.
