The actor Yamatoyama Jinzaemon II held the name of Yamatoyama Rinzaemon I from the 11th lunar month of 1746 to 1749.

Dates of birth and death unknown. Disciple of Yamatoyama Jinzaemon II, his first stage name was Yamatoyama Sensuke II. He was finally adopted by his master at unknown times. He stayed in Kamigata at the beginning of the 1750s when his adoptive father joined the world of tabi shibai. He performed as a wakaonnagata during the 1750s and the 1760s. He finally became tachiyaku and took the name of Yamatoyama Rinzaemon II in the 11th lunar month of 1771 at the Kitagawa no Shibai, playing 2 roles in the kaomise drama "Miyako Yoshino Mikado no Takadono", which was produced by Mimasu Tokujirô I, welcomed in Kyôto the Edo actor Sakata Hangorô II and celebrated also the shûmei of both Sawamura Sôjûrô III and Anegawa Minato II. His last-recorded performance occurred in the 1st lunar month of 1772 in the same theater, where he played the roles of Senzaki and Igo in the drama "Kanadehon Chûshingura". We don't know what happens to him afterwards.
