Dates of birth and death unknown. Disciple of Ichikawa Danjûrô II, he received the name of Ichikawa Dangorô I and performed as a tachiyaku in the 1st lunar month of 1713 in Edo at the Yamamuraza in the kaomise drama "Ishiyama Genta Kimon Yaburi" ('Ishiyama Genta Tearing Down the Demons Gate'). He played the role of Iwatonosuke Kunikado in the 11th lunar month of 1713 in the same theater in the kaomise drama "Sazare Ishi Nasu no Futahashira". His rank in the 1714 Edo hyôbanki, tachiyaku section, was jô (superior) [visual]. No record afterwards. |

Dates of birth and death unknown. Ichikawa Dangorô II performed as a tachiyaku in the 11th lunar month of 1727 in Ôsaka at the Ônishi no Shibai the kaomise drama "Watamashi Yatsumune Gura", which was produced by Sawamura Otoemon I. Was he a disciple of Ichikawa Danjûrô II? No evidence to support this assumption. Dangorô performed as a katakiyaku in the 2nd lunar month of 1729 in Ôsaka at the Kado no Shibai in the drama "Kaga no Kuni Shinohara Gassen". His rank in the 1729 Ôsaka hyôbanki, katakiyaku section, was jô (superior) [visual]. No record afterwards. |

Dates of birth and death unknown. Disciple of Ichikawa Ebizô II and younger brother of Ichikawa Dantarô, he performed as a tachiyaku in Edo in the 11th lunar month of 1740 at the Kawarasakiza. From the beginning of the 1750s, he was both tôdori at the Nakamuraza and an oyajigata/kashagata actor. He reached several times during the 1770s the rank of jô-jô (superior - superior) [visual]. His rank in the 1777 Edo hyôbanki, oyajigata/kashagata section, was jô (superior) [visual]. He was recorded as a tôdori at the Nakamuraza in 1778. No record afterwards.
