May 1953: he becomes disciple of the actor Sawamura Tosshi VIII and receives the name of Sawamura Kuninosuke at the Nakaza, playing a little role in the drama "Taira no Masakado".

October 1953: Sawamura Kuninosuke takes the name of Sawamura Tokiya.

August 1955: Tokiya becomes disciple of Morita Kan'ya XIV, who gives him the name of Band Moriwaka I.

July 1967: Band Moriwaka I becomes nadai and takes the name of Band Kash at the Kabukiza, playing in the drama "Toyoshiga no Shi".

September 1979: he becomes disciple of the onnagata actor Sawamura Tjr II, who gives him the name of Sawamura Tsha; he plays a bonze role at the Kabukiza in the dance "Meoto Djji".

July 1981: revival at the Kabukiza of Tsuruya Nanboku IV's drama "Hitori Tabi Gojsan Tsugi"; Tsha plays the role of Okon [casting].

August 1996: Sawamura Tsha takes the name of Sawamura Tetsunosuke V at the Kabukiza, playing the role of Okura in the "Sushiya" scene of the classic "Yoshitsune Senbon Zakura".

December 2000: Tetsunosuke plays at the Kabukiza the role of Ok in the "Hikimado" scene of the drama "Futatsu Chch Kuruwa Nikki".

October 2009: Tetsunosuke appears on stage for the last time, at the National Theatre, where he plays the role of Kb's wife Okatsu in the drama "Ky-o Midasu Uwasa no Kagizume".

13 March 2012: Tetsunosuke dies in Yokosuka, victim of a pancreatic cancer.
