and the same onnagata (Segawa Kikunojô II) playing the roles of Ôiso no Tora (Jûrô's lover) and Kewaizaka no Shôshô (Gorô's lover).
Ichikawa Raizô I, who did not appear on the illustrations, played the roles of Kyô no Jirô and Saitô Gorô.
