The kaomise drama "Yomeiri Miyako no Shimadai" was produced by Ogino Umenosuke at Ebisuya Kichirôbê's theater in Kyôto in the 11th lunar month of 1724 [1]. The opening day was the 2nd day of the 12th lunar month of the 9th year of the Kyôhô era was the 15th of January 1725 in the western calendar. This kaomise program celebrated the shûmei of Nakamura Jûzô I and Murayama Heijûrô III. It was staged with the following casting:
